The Founders

Kim Canada

Kim came to work for her parents in 2005 after moving back home from North Carolina. She quickly learned the business from the ground up. She has been a big part of bringing the company into the modern technology times by assisting with the implantation of new staffing software. Always the “social butterfly,” she loves interacting with the customers, whether it is a sales meeting, client luncheons, or handing out goodie bags on holidays. Kim enjoys traveling with her husband, Alan, in their spare time and spending time with family. She also loves to cook and looks forward to Sunday dinners with their daughter, Caitlyn & fiancé Dusty. Her son, Carson, is currently serving in the United States Army. Hooah!

Beth Haidusek

Beth has actually worked with her parents in the staffing industry since 2000. She has experience in recruiting, onsite, and human resources. Beth enjoys the day to day activity of running the business from front office operations to dealing with other behind the scene issues. Along with her sister, Beth was also a huge part in focusing on modernizing the internal operations of the company. When not at work, Beth and her husband Robert enjoy going to watch Texas Rangers baseball and traveling to various baseball stadiums. (They also have a vast collection of Rangers bobbleheads!) Other than baseball, Beth and Robert enjoy cooking out with family and raising their two children Emily and Connor.
